IMAGE EDITOR DESIGN FOR IMAGE FILTERING AND TRANSFORMATION

Abstract

Today's rapid dissemination of information must also be balanced with rapid absorption of that information. Information can be conveyed in the form of images or in text form. To convey information in the form of an image in the computer world, an image editor application is used. Apart from having image tools, image editors can also be equipped with image processing facilities such as Filtering and Transformation which will make it easier to edit an image whose quality or object position is not as expected. The image editor application designed has several drawing devices such as pencils, star, line, cross, diagonal, brush, hammer, hook, insert text, polygon, shape, filled region, erase, dan choose color. The image processing facilities available in this application are Filtering (brightness, darkness, grayscale, black and white, invert, blur, sharpen, emboss, ice, heat night, comic, africa, dan wave) dan Transformasi (flip vertical, flip horizontal, flip in the origin, dan rotate). Through an image editor application, a user can more easily be creative in producing a work, namely by utilizing the image devices and image processing facilities available in one application.
