Abstract

The Class 7 Teaching Campus Program is an initiative from the Ministry of Education and Culture which aims to improve the quality of education, especially in 3T (disadvantaged, remote and frontier) areas. This program focuses on increasing student literacy and numeracy as well as implementing technology adaptation in partner schools. In this program, students from various disciplines are given training and deployed to schools to help with the teaching and learning process, technology implementation, and school administration. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Halongonan Timur through the stages of observation, planning and program implementation. Results show that this program provides significant benefits for students, teachers, and schools. Students experience increased understanding of the material through intensive mentoring, while teachers receive technology training such as using the Zoom and Canva applications. In the administrative field, students help manage school data and decorate classrooms with educational materials. This program also encourages sustainability through involving students and teachers in leading extracurricular activities, such as healthy exercise. In conclusion, this program not only improves the quality of learning at partner schools, but also provides valuable experience for students
